Loukas Tournatzis

Loukas Tournatzis is an Employee Benefits and Group Insurance specialist and financial planner with more than three decades of experience in insurance and financial planning.

He supports organisations in designing tailored group health and life insurance programmes and corporate pension plans. Throughout his career, he has developed long-standing partnerships with businesses ranging from 10 to 1,500 employees, adapting each solution to the organisation’s size, structure and priorities.

Supported by a dedicated four-person client service team, Loukas provides employers and employees with proactive, ongoing support. His team coordinates programme administration and everyday service requirements, helping reduce the administrative workload placed on HR departments while supporting a smooth employee experience.

Loukas holds a Master’s degree in Insurance and Finance from Middlesex University London, the LUTCF designation from The American College, a Mini MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business, and EFICERT SQF3 and SQF4 certifications. He is a 15-time MDRT member and a 2026 Court of the Table member, as well as a founding member and former President of the Hellenic Financial Planners Association.
