Maria Fotiou

Maria Fotiou is a lawyer admitted to practise before the Supreme Court of Greece, with extensive experience in litigation, legal advisory and the support of business activities.

A graduate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens School of Law, she has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1997. She has maintained an independent legal practice in central Athens since 1998 and, through Fotiou Law Firm, has developed a specialised team capable of handling complex matters for individuals, businesses and organisations.

Her practice covers civil, commercial, corporate and employment law, including legal representation before the competent courts. She also provides ongoing corporate legal advice to businesses, corporate groups, private educational institutions and energy companies.

Maria additionally advises foreign companies and business organisations entering or operating in the Greek market, helping them navigate the legal and commercial requirements of their activities in Greece.
